
Lumezzane, February 17, 2025 – Industrie Saleri Italo S.p.A., a historic company specializing in the design, development, and production of Thermal Management systems for the automotive market, has signed a new financing package to support its investment plan for the electric transition.
Founded in 1942, Saleri has established itself as a reliable partner for prestigious automotive hubs worldwide. Thanks to its commitment to research and development, flexible technical solutions, and focus on quality standards, the company is able to meet the growing demand for innovative thermal management solutions for both internal combustion engine vehicles and next-generation electric vehicles. The Saleri Group operates globally through 7 locations and employs over 600 people, generating revenues of more than 200 million euros.
The new financing package totals 18.5 million euros, with 15 million euros provided by UniCredit and Banco BPM under the SACE Futuro guarantee, and 3.5 million euros from the Azimut fund. This deal will enable Saleri to strengthen its production capacity and R&I for Hybrid and BEV engines, solidifying its leadership position in the Original Equipment segment.
