Industrie Saleri Italo S.p.A., a historic company specializing in the design, development, and production of Thermal Management systems for the automotive market, has finalized the sale of 100% of ABL Automazione S.r.l. to HFB S.r.l.
ABL Automazione, a company specialized in the design and production of integrated robotic automation for assembly machines and systems, will no longer be part of the Saleri Group.
This transaction is part of the Group’s strategic focus on its core activities in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and IAM (Independent Aftermarket) segments of the automotive market, with the aim of further strengthening its competitive position and accelerating the development of avanced technological solutions for the mobility of the future.
