In the turnery department are located working isles connected to an internal network for data transfer which allows us to collect and monitor real time data regarding productivity, and to be up to all quality standard established.

The assembling is completely automated thanks to the use of modern machines such as CNC devices which allow to strictly stick to the assembling dimensions of the parts established during the designing phase. Reliability of the end product is guaranteed by several tests - performed on all our products (100% control) - proving tightness, resistance to rotation and to unthreading.
